I co-developed this guide on self-care to support Frontex staff involved in forced migration.

For this multi-phase project, I copyedited the complete guidance document on integrating mental health into sectoral programming (nutrition, education, health, child poverty/FSL, child protection, WASH, shelter, etc.). I then co-developed a pithier, web-based version. To achieve the desired look and feel, I worked closely with a graphic designer and web designer.

Sport for Protection is a programming approach that uses physical activity to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children and young people in crisis settings. Over the course of this multi-year project, I collaborated with child protection experts, graphic designers, and a web designer to create this toolkit, short guide for implementing partners, and induction video.

I was part of the team who edited the 2019 edition of the CPMS, the "Child Protection Bible". The actual content was drafted by dozens of child protection experts, many of whom spoke English as a second language, from across the globe. As copyeditor, it was my job to harmonize the style, wording, and format of the different submitted sections into a cohesive whole.

I worked with a child protection expert to write a brief guide to help government actors coordinate with others across country lines to ensure the safety of children in migration. It presents the challenges faced by children on the move and offers practical steps to support them in transition.

I was the lead author on this facilitator's guide and associated lesson plans on using toy-based play to strengthen children's wellbeing in emergency contexts. The client provided us with a list of toys to use, and we developed the activities, approach, and supplemental guidance.

I copyedited this guidance for trainers and child protection actors.

I supported copyediting of this toolkit, which contains the rationale for prioritizing adolescents and tools that support the safe, meaningful participation of teens.
